H/Advisors Cicero has appointed Mark Twigg as CEO.
Mark joined H/Advisors Cicero in March 2003 to help establish the UK public affairs practice, having previously worked in public affairs roles in London, Brussels, and Washington DC. In the last 10 years, he has overseen the development of the agency’s creative team which includes market research, content marketing and digital services. He was part of the senior leadership team during H/Advisors Cicero’s acquisition by Havas in 2020.
Since H/Advisors Cicero joined Havas, Mark has been instrumental in developing integration with the Havas Group and reshaping the business to drive growth and opportunities for talent.

Mark is an active campaigner on workplace diversity and inclusion. He is a Trustee of the education charity, Governors for Schools, and is currently Chair of the Carshalton Boys Sports College Academy Trust.
