H/Advisors Cicero hires first Chief Creative Officer and Chief Strategy Officer

H/Advisors Cicero has appointed Andrew Roberts as Chief Creative Officer and Rob Agnew as Chief Strategy Officer.

In this new role, Andrew will develop H/Advisors Cicero’s creative offer in key client-facing growth areas including market research, content and design, while also taking responsibility for Cicero-branded creative across the agency’s own sales and marketing content channels.

Andrew has been instrumental in developing H/Advisors Cicero’s campaigns offer across the Havas network into new sectors and jurisdictions. He joined the team in 2016 and was previously Head of Research and Head of Campaigns.

Rob will support CEO Mark Twigg on commercial development in new services, focusing on healthcare, sustainability and market research, where the agency has already won significant client mandates throughout 2022. He re-joined H/Advisors Cicero in January 2022 as Business Development Director, where he has built out the business development function across the entire business, following a period as Managing Director at Norstat Group.

Both the CCO and CSO roles are new positions within the agency.
