Research Manager

Cicero Group’s Research team are looking to recruit a Research Manager to support its rapidly expanding client base. The selected candidate will join a creative and motivated group of insight professionals working across a wide-range of projects and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives of research projects
  • Account management, updating clients regularly on project progress, requesting feedback and looking to continually build stronger relationships with existing clients
  • Ability to design and project manage qualitative and quantitative research plans to meet client needs
  • Research design, building questionnaires and discussion guides without assistance
  • Oversight of project management to ensure timely delivery of client projects
  • Create client deliverables including PPT and word reports that showcase a clear analysis of the topic area with a set of next steps
  • Some responsibility for the management of three members of staff

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in the Market Research industry
  • 1 to 3 years of financial services experience
  • Ideally experience working in marketing/communications research
  • Diverse methodological experience (i.e. segmentation, concept testing etc)
  • Some experience in advanced statistical methods preferred (i.e. conjoint, max-diff etc)
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and data visualisation skills
  • Very proficient with Excel and PowerPoint – and demonstrates a high degree of creativity, care and attention to detail in all outputs
  • Degree Educated
  • Preferably some experience in managing junior team members
