Cicero/amo was tasked with reinforcing Legal & General (L&G) as the industry leader as an institutional investor in the UK built environment sector, supporting overall brand awareness alongside key audience engagement. For the Q3 wave of the index, to align with COP26 we looked into how different ‘Greener Communities’ are emerging across the UK and which areas are doing best to prepare for Net Zero.
Strategy and execution
We combined secondary data with UK consumer sentiment to create a deep dive into ‘Rebuilding Britain Index’ to look not just at the extent to which the UK is building back better, but also how it can look to build back greener. Our findings were that in truth, the two can and should go hand-in-hand.
Cicero/amo’s Digital team was enlisted to design and create an engaging index report to help reinforce and drive audience engagement. The report was also split into separate social graphics and distributed across social media platforms.
We achieved extensive tier one coverage across print, online, and broadcast media (including The Times, Daily Mail, Telegraph, Sky News, CNBC, and Bloomberg TV). Locally targeted findings were also used to fuel meeting programmes with MPs in regions of key interest to the client.
We also launched an interactive mapping tool on L&G’s website, which was the most viewed page on the week of its launch and led to users spending significantly longer on the L&G website overall as a result of visiting the Rebuilding Britain Index page.
