HR Manager

Stefania is responsible for driving forward the HR and talent acquisition agenda at Cicero/amo. She works closely with the senior leadership and management team as a trusted advisor and ensures the smooth running of the HR function. She is responsible for all aspects of human resource management at Cicero/amo including internal communications, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, benefits and reward, training and development and recruitment of our top talented teams.

Stefania has a great interest in promoting employee wellbeing and diversity in the workplace, she is a dedicated ambassador for the HAVAS ‘All In’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Charter and an associate member of Chartered Institute of Professional Development.

Before Cicero/amo, Stefania was heading up the People and Culture function at leadership consultancy Drax Executive.
