Parisa is currently Director of Talent at Cicero/amo. Having joined in 2016, she is responsible for providing strategic business partnering HR advice to Cicero/amo's Executive Committee and provides a supportive role to our talented employees. She is responsible for all aspects of human resource management at Cicero/amo including; internal communications, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, benefits and reward, training and development and recruitment of our top talented teams.
Parisa has a great interest in promoting diversity in the workplace. She was previously appointed as one of 12 on HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter Board, representing SME and professional services signatory firms and sat on the Membership Committee for OUTstanding, LGBT+ network. Parisa is currently part of the PRweek led Mental Health and Wellbeing Charter committee and is an ambassador for the HAVAS ‘All In’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Charter.
Parisa is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Professional Development.
