Cicero’s overview of news, press releases, and images

The Institute of Business Ethics is honoured to announce that Iain Anderson, Executive Chairman of Cicero Group, has agreed to join its Advisory Council.

The IBE’s Advisory Council represents the wider audience which the IBE wishes to address. They meet bi-annually to offer support and guidance to the Institute on its work programme and strategy.

Tim Melville-Ross, IBE’s President, said: “We are delighted that Iain has agreed to offer the IBE his counsel as a member of our Advisory Council.

The IBE was established by a group of business people, foreseeing the ethical implications of a globalised world. They came together to establish a hub for discussion, research and practical advice to promote high standards of business behaviour based on ethical values.

The Advisory Council maintains this valuable role of our founders in supporting the IBE’s thought leadership and programme of raising public awareness of business ethics. Iain will make a valuable contribution to our discussions.”

Iain Anderson said: “The work of the IBE is more important than ever and I am really honoured to be involved. Boardooms need to step up and embrace diversity and inclusion, modern governance that is fit for an open, transparent world and also communicate what they do far more clearly. In my work, I am looking forward to making a major co contribution towards IBE thinking.”
