Cicero Group hosted a private roundtable discussing the European Commission’s Pan-European Personal Pension (PEPP) framework with Nathalie Berger, Head of Unit for Insurance and Pensions in DG FISMA.
Held under the Chatham House Rule in Cicero’s Brussels office, the event discussed the Commission’s ambitions for a PEPP product, which the Commission is expected to elaborate on through a legislative or non-legislative proposal later this year. Following introductory remarks from Ms Berger, the event took the form of an interactive, open discussion with the audience.
The event was chaired by Cicero Account Director James Hughes.
